GPEL is dedicated to advancing global knowledge by ensuring unrestricted access to educational research. We believe that learning and pedagogical insights should be freely available to all.

• Free and Immediate Access: All articles are accessible online immediately upon publication with no registration or subscription fees.

• Licensing (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0): Users may share and redistribute the material with proper attribution, provided it is for non-commercial use and remains unmodified.

• Author Rights: Authors retain full copyright. A non-exclusive license is granted to GPEL for publication and archiving.

• Zero Embargo: There is no delay between acceptance and open-access availability.

• Sustainability: Open access is supported by a one-time APC upon acceptance (see Charges Policy).
