Charges Policy

GPEL does not charge any submission fee. To maintain high-quality editorial standards and sustainable open-access operations, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript is formally accepted.

1. What the APC Covers The APC ensures professional layout, coordination of double-blind peer review, long-term digital archiving, DOI registration via CrossRef, and global indexing to maximize the visibility of educational research.

3. APC for Authors in Pakistan Authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions are required to pay: PKR 30,000 (upon acceptance).

4. Waiver Policy Premium Members may apply for APC waivers. Waiver requests must be submitted to jawad@academia.edu.pk before or immediately after acceptance.

5. Withdrawal Policy Submissions intended only to exploit the peer-review process for feedback are discouraged and may lead to disqualification from future submissions.
