Charges Policy

Global Perspectives in Education and Learning (GPEL) is committed to promoting accessible and inclusive academic publishing. The journal does not charge any submission fee, allowing researchers and scholars from diverse backgrounds to submit their work without financial barriers.

  • Waiver requests must be submitted before submission or immediately after acceptance
  • All waiver decisions are made at the discretion of the editorial board

Premium Members may apply for APC waivers. Waiver requests must be submitted to jawad@academia.edu.pk

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

Authors are strongly advised to submit manuscripts with a genuine intention to publish. Submissions made solely for feedback or misuse of the peer review system are strictly discouraged and may lead to restrictions on future submissions.

Once a manuscript has entered the peer review or production stage, withdrawal requests may not be entertained unless justified under exceptional circumstances.

Authors should ensure that sufficient funding or institutional support is available prior to submission to cover the APC upon acceptance.
