Articles in GPEL are Open Access contents published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work and source are properly cited. Users may use, reproduce, disseminate, or display the article(s) provided that the author(s) are attributed as the original creators and that the reuse is restricted to non-commercial purposes, such as research or other educational use.

Copyright Policy The copyright policy of GPEL is based on a non-exclusive publishing agreement. The journal retains the right of first publication, but the author(s) are free to publish their work subsequently. The copyright of all work rests permanently with the author(s).
