1. Grounds for Appeal

Misinterpretation of regional socio-economic context, cultural nuances, or innovation data.

Reviewer feedback containing factual inaccuracies that impacted the editorial outcome.

Evidence of bias or procedural errors in the evaluation of regional knowledge.
2. Submission

Timeframe: Within 20 calendar days of notification.

Format: Formal written appeal to the Editor-in-Chief with specific references to the disputed comments.
3. Review Process

4. Ethical Oversight: Appeals citing cultural bias are referred to the Ethics Committee for a formal investigation.
