Peer Review Policy

EGRQ ensures that educational management research meets international standards through a robust peer review framework.

1. Double-Blind Model Manuscripts are assigned to 2 Internal and 2 External reviewers with specialized expertise in educational reform. Anonymity is strictly maintained.

2. Review Workflow Initial screening checks for formatting and scope. The review process (4–6 weeks) focuses on scholarly contribution and writing clarity.

3. Appeals and Decisions A formal appeal process is available if an author disagrees with a decision, involving justification and potential independent review.

4. Recognition Top reviewers may be invited to join the editorial board, and certificates of recognition are provided upon request.
