EGRQ is committed to maintaining excellence and ethical conduct throughout the publication of research on educational management and reform.

1. Submission and Initial Evaluation

  • Scope: Original contributions in Institutional Governance, Education Reform, and Systemic Leadership.

  • Plagiarism: A similarity threshold of <15% is strictly enforced.

  • Formatting: Must include a structured abstract, keywords, and properly formatted references.

  • Licensing: Articles are shared under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

2. Peer Review Policy

  • Process: Double-blind review by at least two experts in educational reform or institutional management.

  • Timeliness: Evaluations are requested within 2 to 4 weeks to ensure timely policy discussion.

3. Editorial Decision-Making

  • Outcomes: Accept, Request Revisions, or Reject based on the rigor of the reform analysis.

  • Revision: Revised manuscripts may undergo a second round of review to verify policy feasibility.

4. Ethical Standards

  • Integrity: All authors must disclose any financial interests related to educational software or consulting.

  • Data Protection: Research must respect participant anonymity, particularly when involving minors or students.

5. Post-Publication Policy

  • Action: Immediate retractions are performed for plagiarism or ethical violations discovered after release.

  • Archiving: Content is archived in secure repositories to ensure long-term citation durability.
