EGRQ prioritizes academic fairness and provides a structured process for authors to appeal decisions regarding institutional reform and governance research.
1. Grounds for Appeal

Misunderstanding of systemic reform models or institutional governance data.

Reviewer feedback containing factual inaccuracies that affected the editorial outcome.

Evidence of reviewer bias or procedural errors in the management of the review process.
2. Submission

Appeals must be submitted within 20 days, accompanied by a detailed response to the disputed reviewer comments.
3. Review Process
