Charges Policy

EGRQ remains committed to systemic educational reform. While we do not charge for submissions, an APC is required to finalize the publication of accepted manuscripts.

1. Operational Support Fees support the administration of the double-blind review process and the long-term archiving of reform-related data.

2. APC Schedule

  • Top 100 QS Universities: $0

  • Top 500 QS Universities: $150

  • High-Income Affiliations: $200

  • Middle/Low-Income Affiliations: $150

  • Pakistani Institution Rates: PKR 30,000

3. Notice: Withdrawal of manuscripts purely to avoid the APC after a positive review is considered a breach of policy.
