Charges Policy

ECRL maintains a commitment to technical excellence and inclusivity. There are no fees for submission; charges are only applied to manuscripts that have successfully passed the peer-review process.

1. Operational Sustainability The APC covers professional formatting of technical diagrams, system maintenance, DOI assignment, and indexing across major engineering databases.

2. Fee Schedule

  • QS Top 100 Scholars: Exempt (No APC)

  • QS Top 500 Scholars: $150

  • High-Income Affiliations: $200

  • Middle/Low-Income Affiliations: $150

  • Pakistan-based Authors: PKR 30,000

3. Withdrawal Policy Authors are discouraged from submitting without a genuine intent to publish. Disregarding this may result in disqualification from future submissions to ECRL.
