1. Confidentiality of Manuscripts

Editors & Reviewers: Unpublished linguistic theories, artistic analyses, and datasets must be treated as confidential. Reviewers must destroy all digital or printed copies after the review is complete.

Prohibition: Use of unpublished findings for personal academic gain is strictly forbidden.
2. Confidential Correspondence

Communication: Decision letters and reviewer feedback are private. Authors are expected not to share editorial discussions with unauthorized parties.

Anonymity: Comments provided to authors are strictly anonymized.
3. Secure Storage

System Access: Access to the submission platform is restricted to authorized users.

Post-Publication: While the article becomes public, the review history and reviewer identities remain confidential.
