1. Confidentiality of Manuscripts

  • Sociological Privacy: Editors and reviewers must treat ethnographic data and community findings as confidential intellectual property.

  • Reviewer Obligation: Reviewers may not discuss manuscript content with others unless authorized in writing.

2. Peer Review Anonymity

  • Double-Blind Model: Ensures that social analysis is judged on its own merit without influence from the author's reputation or affiliation.

  • Confidential Correspondence: Feedback provided to authors is anonymized and must not contain revealing information.

3. Secure Handling and Compliance

  • System Access: Access to the editorial platform is restricted to authorized users only.
