Peer Review Policy
JHBRR safeguards biomedical integrity through a rigorous evaluation of all submitted clinical and health-related research.
1. 4-Expert Blind Review Every manuscript is reviewed by 4 Experts (2 Internal & 2 External). This model ensures that biomedical findings are free from personal or national bias.
2. Selection and Criteria Reviewers are chosen for their subject specialization and absence of conflict of interest. They evaluate for originality, ethical standards, and data validity.
3. Timeline and Workflow Review typically takes 4–6 weeks. Following review, authors receive detailed comments and a revision timeline (2–4 weeks).
4. Ethics Adherence to COPE and HEC Pakistan benchmarks is mandatory for all editorial and review staff.
