Charges Policy

JHBRR provides high-quality biomedical publishing with no submission fees. The APC is only triggered once a paper is accepted for publication.

1. Professional Services The APC supports the coordination of specialized medical peer review, CrossRef registration, and permanent digital archiving of clinical results.

2. APC Tiers

  • Tier 1 (QS Top 100): No Charge

  • Tier 2 (QS Top 500): $150

  • Tier 3 (High Income): $200

  • Tier 4 (Middle/Low Income): $150

  • Local (Pakistan): PKR 30,000

3. Ethical Notice: Withdrawal of manuscripts purely to avoid the APC after a positive review is considered a breach of policy.
