• Immediate Access: All publications are open access from the moment they are released online, with no embargo period.

• Licensing (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0): Users may redistribute policy findings provided they cite the authors and do not modify the content for commercial use.

• Author Rights: Authors retain the copyright to their work, granting AEPR a license to publish and archive.

• Equitable Publishing: APC waivers and discounts are available to ensure scholars from all economic backgrounds can publish their work.
