This license permits the broad use, distribution, and reproduction of econometric and policy research in any medium, provided the original work and source are properly cited. Users are encouraged to utilize and display the research for non-commercial purposes, such as further academic study or policy analysis, provided the author(s) are attributed as the original creators.

Copyright Policy The copyright policy of AEPR is founded on a non-exclusive publishing agreement. While the journal retains the right of first publication to establish the research within the academic record, the copyright of all work rests permanently with the author(s). Authors are free to publish their work subsequently in other formats or repositories.
