Author Guidelines

URSDJ invites original research exploring the spatial and social transformations of urban and rural landscapes. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure your manuscript is considered for peer review.

1. General Submission Guidelines

  • Originality: Submissions must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.

  • Submission Portal: All manuscripts must be submitted via the official electronic portal.

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (2016 or later), uploaded as a single document.

  • Registration: Authors must register on the journal website prior to submission.

2. Formatting and Layout

  • Title: Bold, UPPERCASE, centered, Times New Roman, 16 pt.

  • Author Details: Full name, Designation, Department, Institution, City, Country, and Email Address (12 pt).

  • Layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins, 1.5 line spacing.

  • Word Count: 3,500 to 6,000 words.

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Not more than 200 words, italicized, justified (Times New Roman, 12 pt).

  • Keywords: Provide 3–10 keywords, listed alphabetically, comma-separated.

4. Sectioning and Visuals

  • Sectioning: Use numbered headings (e.g., 1. Introduction, 1.1 Background).

  • Tables: Title placed above, Bold, 12 pt, centered.

  • Figures: Caption placed below, Bold, 12 pt, centered.

5. Documentation: APA Style references, 50–100 word author biography, passport-sized photo, and signed Copyright Form.
