2. Initial Screening and Plagiarism Check Preliminary screening ensures ethical compliance (IRB/Ethics) and a similarity index below 15%.

3. Assignment to Section Editor An editor evaluates the manuscript's clinical significance and theoretical depth.

4. Double-Blind Peer Review Two anonymous clinical experts review the research for coherence, ethical rigor, and methodology.

5. Reviewer Recommendations Recommendations include Accept, Revision (Minor/Major), or Reject.

6. Editorial Decision The final decision is communicated to authors with clear revision guidelines.

7. Author Revisions Authors revise the work within the given timeframe, addressing all reviewer points.

8. Final Acceptance Official acceptance follows a satisfactory revision process.

9. Copyediting and Proofreading Manuscripts undergo professional editing to ensure the clarity required for clinical literature.

10. Online Publication Finalized articles are released online under open-access licensing.

11. Post-Publication Dissemination TPT promotes articles through psychological networks and social media platforms to increase impact.
