Correction & Retraction Policy TPT ensures that therapeutic research remains a reliable resource for practitioners through rigorous post-publication oversight.

1. Corrections Errors in clinical data or metadata are addressed through Errata or Corrigenda. These notices are clearly labeled and indexed in scholarly databases to ensure clinicians are working with accurate information.

2. Retractions Retractions are issued to protect the community from unethical or unreliable research. Grounds include lack of ethical approval for human research or proven data falsification.

3. Visibility All retraction notices are freely available and linked to the original work, which remains accessible but clearly invalidated.
