Peer Review Policy
JM prioritizes academic rigor and the ethical validation of wildlife and ecological research through a structured review lifecycle.
1. Review Structure We utilize a double-blind peer review involving 4 domain experts (2 Internal & 2 External). Identities remain confidential to ensure objective evaluation.
2. Evaluation Metrics Reviewers assess manuscripts for originality, data validity, and the practical significance of findings for conservation efforts.
3. Timeline The process typically spans 4–6 weeks. Authors are encouraged to submit revisions promptly to avoid delays in the monthly publication schedule.
4. Reviewer Ethics Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and declare any conflicts of interest immediately upon assignment.
