Author Guidelines

JM welcomes research in wildlife biology and ecology. Adherence to these guidelines ensures scientific and editorial consistency.

1. General Submission

  • Format: Single Microsoft Word document including all ecological data tables.

  • URLs: Active URLs must be provided for all digital references.

  • Registration: Required for the corresponding author and all co-authors.

2. Manuscript Formatting

  • Title & Info: 16 pt Bold Title; Author details centered in 12 pt.

  • Corresponding Author: Full postal address, email, and phone number required.

  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing, single-sided text on A4.

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: 200 words max, italicized. Structure: Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusion.

  • Keywords: 3–10 species-specific or ecological terms, alphabetically listed.

4. References and Citations

  • Style: Latest APA Style for both in-text and list references.

  • Unpublished Data: Cite only in text as "personal communication."

5. Disclosures: Mandatory section for funding, conservation permits, and institutional support at the end of the manuscript.
