Publication Schedule

To serve the fast-moving fields of AI and pedagogy, HEISJ has adopted a Monthly publication cycle starting from October 2025.

Additional Guidelines

• Rolling Submissions: The portal is always open. Manuscripts not ready for the current month are automatically queued for the next issue.

• Review Priority: Early submission is strongly encouraged to allow for the technical verification required for intelligent systems research.

• Immediate Access: Accepted technical papers are released online prior to the monthly compilation.
