Peer Review Policy

HEISJ ensures that technical and pedagogical research meets international standards through a robust peer review framework.

1. Double-Blind Model Manuscripts are assigned to 2 Internal and 2 External reviewers with specialized expertise in intelligent systems. Author and reviewer identities are strictly concealed.

2. Review Workflow Initial screening checks for technical scope and plagiarism. The review process (4–6 weeks) focuses on originality and technical soundness.

3. Appeals and Decisions If an author disagrees with a decision, a formal appeal can be made to the Editor-in-Chief. The board may consult an independent reviewer for resolution.

4. Compliance HEISJ is compliant with COPE guidelines and HEC Pakistan quality standards for technical journals.
