Author Guidelines
HEISJ invites original research at the intersection of technology and pedagogy. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure your work meets our technical and editorial standards.
1. General Submission Guidelines

Originality: Work must be original and not currently under review elsewhere.

Portal: All submissions must be electronic via the official journal portal.

File Format: Microsoft Word (2016 or later), single document including all technical figures.

Registration: Authors must register on the journal website before submitting.
2. Formatting and Layout

Title: Bold, UPPERCASE, centered, Times New Roman, 16 pt.

Author Details: Full name, designation, and institutional affiliation (12 pt).

Layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins, 1.5 line spacing.

Word Count: 3,500 to 6,000 words.
3. Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: Maximum 200 words, italicized, justified. Must cover objectives, system methodology, and results.

Keywords: 3–10 keywords, alphabetical, ending with a full stop.
4. Technical Elements

Sectioning: Numbered headings (1. Introduction, 1.1 Background).

Equations: Must match manuscript font and be properly formatted.

Tables/Figures: Tables (Title above); Figures (Caption below), Bold, 12 pt.
5. Documentation: APA Style references, 100-word author bio, and signed Copyright Form.
