Long-Term Availability Articles are securely archived in long-term preservation platforms like LOCKSS. This ensures that governance findings remain accessible to policymakers even if platform technologies change.

Self-Archiving Policy Authors are free to deposit their published research in disciplinary repositories or personal websites. Proper attribution to the original GPPAR publication is required to maintain the scholarly trail.
