1. Confidentiality of Manuscripts

  • Reviewer Duty: Reviewers may not discuss manuscript content without written authorization from the journal.

2. Peer Review Protections

  • Anonymity: The double-blind system ensures that policy arguments are judged on merit. Editors must ensure file metadata does not reveal author identities.

  • System Security: Only authorized users may access the editorial management system.

3. Data Protection

  • Secure Handling: Sharing files outside the official editorial system is prohibited.

  • Rejected Papers: All content from rejected manuscripts remains confidential and cannot be used or cited by the review team.
