Charges Policy

CCE provides a sustainable platform for environmental research. We charge no submission fees; fees are only requested upon successful peer review and acceptance.

1. Service Scope Charges support DOI registration, coordination of expert peer reviews, and global indexing in academic databases to ensure climate data reaches a wide audience.

2. Fee Schedule

  • QS Top 100 Scholars: Exempt (No APC)

  • QS Top 500 Scholars: $150

  • International (High Income): $200

  • International (Middle/Low Income): $150

  • Pakistan Institution Affiliates: PKR 30,000

3. Withdrawal Notice Authors should ensure funding is secured before submission. Withdrawal of a manuscript after review to avoid payment may result in future submission restrictions.
